The Leontief Centre was established in 1991 by the Mayor of St. Petersburg and Wassily Leontief, a St. Petersburg-born economist and Nobel Prize winner. The Leontief Centre is a non-profit, independent research and consulting organization . Victor Stegniy has participated in the following Leontief Centre projects:
